A sheriff's office report indicates that a worker reported to children's services that another employee was locking a child in the bathroom as punishment.
The children's services worker said the daycare provided videos, and the child could be heard in the background, screaming.
A sexual offense could also be occurring, the children's services worker alleged, as 'there is a possibility that (employees) were making moaning sounds while the kids were on nap time.'
Deputies spoke to the center's director, who said that the employees were terminated at the end of an internal investigation.
The report shows the former employees were facing a child endangerment charge.
We will continue to follow this story.
