Jenkins measures in at six-foot-three, 265 pounds. The defense end recorded 27 tackles, seven stops, three sacks, and eight quarterback hurries in the 2024 season. The sophomore played the nose guard position in addition to defensive end according to his profile The 2027 Nebraska football recruiting class does not have any commitments at this time. However, the program has been busy extending offers and scheduling summer visits. Jenkins would be able to bring a pass-rushing element to the program as well as a way to stop the run. It will be interesting to see where this recruitment goes. This coaching staff has made it a point to recruit in the state of Texas, and they have had success there. Landing Jenkins would be another solid get. #TTGOG Extremely blessed to have received an offer from @HuskerFootball!!! #GBR #WhatsNExt@MozeeJ43 @CoachBradden @CoachGotte @JasonHinkelman @Coach_Hartwick @philchat45 @coachkwag @Ira_SavageLewis @CoachCarter3 @justinallen_13 — DeMarco Jenkins (@DeMarcoJenkins_) March 12, 2025 This article originally appeared on Cornhuskers Wire: Nebraska football extends offer to Texas pass rusher
