On May 30, his agency, Fantiago, issued a statement affirming that they are monitoring all negative posts and false accusations targeting him online. The agency warned that it will not tolerate these baseless attacks and is prepared to take legal action against anyone spreading lies or damaging the actor's reputation. They have also urged fans to assist by reporting any negative content they come across about Kim Seon-ho. Taking to Weverse, the agency wrote, 'Recently, excessive malicious slander and reckless defamation of actor KIM SEON-HO have continued to occur through social media and other online communities. This company recognises this as a very serious situation and will take legal action against any malicious acts that infringe the rights and interests of the actor." 'Accordingly, any posts defaming actor KIM SEON-HO and other related material have been continuously collected through monitoring. We warn that we will continue to sternly respond to any acts that damage the actor's reputation or violate his rights and interests. In addition, interest and eager reports from fans are of great help to us," Fantagio added. Kim Seon-ho was last seen in the drama When Life Gives You Tangerines, where his cameo appearance was warmly received by fans worldwide. Reuniting for the first time since their hit 2020 drama Start-Up, Suzy and Kim Seon Ho's highly anticipated K-drama Delusion has officially confirmed its release timeline. On May 23, Disney+ Korea made the announcement at an open house event at the Walt Disney Company Korea headquarters in Gangnam, Seoul. Delusion is slated to premiere in 2026 and filming for the same began in early 2025, with full-scale production scheduled between March and May. The 10-episode series will stream exclusively on Disney+ upon release. Casting changes The lead roles were initially offered to Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee, but both actors withdrew from the project following their breakup in March 2024. Soon after, Suzy and Kim Seon Ho were cast for this role. About 'Delusion' The story is a mystery thriller with fantasy and romance elements and is based on the popular webtoon by Hongjacga. Set in 1935 Gyeongseong (modern-day Seoul), the story follows Yun Yi-ho (played by Kim Seon Ho), a struggling artist commissioned to paint Song Jeong-hwa (played by Suzy), the mysterious owner of the Nammoon Hotel — who is secretly a vampire. As the portrait progresses, Yun discovers a chilling pattern: previous artists have all vanished under mysterious circumstances, unraveling a dark and dangerous secret. Start-Up co-stars Bae Suzy and Kim Seon-ho will reunite in the new Disney+ series Delusion, which recently started production. Adapted from the webtoon of the same name, Delusion tells the story of a broken-hearted vampire named Song Jeong-hwa (played by Bae Suzy) who hires a painter named Yun I-ho (played by Kim Seon-ho) to create a portrait of her. Resigned to live an empty existence, Jeong-hwa finds herself surprised when I-ho stirs something within her. Delusion will be directed and written by Han Jae-rim, who previously helmed the hit Netflix drama The 8 Show. The chemistry between Bae Suzy and Kim Seon-ho in Start-Up has been praised, and it seems like the streak will continue in Delusion. Both actors garnered critical acclaim for their Start-Up roles, with Bae winning Outstanding Korean Actress at the Seoul International Drama Awards and Kim winning the Most Popular Actor award at the Baeksang Arts Awards in 2021.
