Man dies after being pulled out of river in Leicester
A man has died in hospital after he was pulled out of the River Soar in Police said they were called to reports of the man in the water near Castle Gardens at about 09:15 BST on force said the man died in hospital on are describing his death as unexplained and have appealed for information about what happened.
Det Insp Nathan Paddison, from the force's complex investigation team, said he would like to speak to anyone who was on the towpath at Castle Gardens on Monday morning.A file has been prepared for the coroner.
