NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — He's small but mighty, and he might be on your tail. Devarjaye 'DJ' Daniels, 13, was made an honorary officer of the New Orleans Police Department on Tuesday, April 29 and received the Department's Medal of Merit, presented by Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick.
