Rs 1,704 crore transferred to over 85 lakh farmers under Kisan Kalyan Yojana

on Wednesday transferred Rs 1,704 crore to over 85 lakh farmers under
Kisan Kalyan Yojana
and Rs 600 crore to 27,523 worker families under
Mukhyamantri Jankalyan Sambal Yojana
through a single click in Dhar.
Yadav also performed ground-breaking ceremonies and inauguration of development projects worth Rs 1,869.72 crore,
Dhar Lift Micro Irrigation Project
, bridge over the Narmada river on Semalda-Manawar road costing Rs 77 crore, and other development works. He also released a compilation of temples in Dhar district (in book form) under the Devasthanam Yojana.
According to information, the irrigation project will benefit 96 villages in Dhar tehsil, 57 villages in Manawar tehsil, 27 villages in Pithampur tehsil, two villages in Gandhwani tehsil, and one village in Sardarpur tehsil.
A mass wedding ceremony under Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Vivah and Nikah Yojana was held in Umarban, Dhar district on Akshaya Tritiya where 2,123 couples tied the knot. This included eight Muslim couples. All couples were gifted saplings as a token of blessing. The CM also announced Rs 3 lakh each for the families whose houses were gutted in a fire in Patelpura, Ada Bayda, located eight kilometres from Umarban.
