HC quashes transfer order of non-govt aided college's staffer

1 2 Cuttack: Staff of non-govt aided colleges cannot be transferred to another institution, the Orissa high court has held while quashing the transfer order of an employee issued by the director of higher education and endorsed by a single judge's ruling was given on May 7 based on an appeal filed by a junior clerk at Dhamnagar College in Bhadrak who was transferred to Naami College in the same district by an order issued by the director of higher education on administrative ground on March 10.
