4 teens arrested in connection to killing of Champlin Park High School senior
Four teenagers all under the age of 18 have been arrested in connection to the homicide of 18-year-old Diamond Eddie Manly in Anoka County. The Anoka County Sheriff's Office said the following arrests were made on Tuesday: A 17-year-old boy in Shoreview A 17-year-old boy in Ramsey A 16-year-old boy in Shoreview A 15-year-old boy in Coon Rapids None of the boys arrested have been officially charged as of Wednesday morning. Information regarding their identities isn't immediately available due to the Minnesota Data Practices Act. Manly, 18, was found fatally shot inside a vehicle in Ramsey on March Brooklyn Park 18-year-old was found with an apparent gunshot wound around 8:30 a.m. on the 14600 block of Snowy Owl Street Northwest. A spokesperson for Champlin Park High School said Manly was a senior at the school. His mother told FOX 9 he emigrated from Liberia in 2018 and had made several friends in Brooklyn Park. She described him as "humble" and "respectful." A GoFundMe, launched to help with the family's funeral costs and other expenses, has raised nearly $12,600 of its $20,000 goal as of Wednesday morning.

Support for family of high schooler found fatally shot in Anoka County
A fundraiser has been launched to help the family of an 18-year-old man who was found fatally shot inside a vehicle in Ramsey, Minnesota on Sunday. Diamond Eddie Manly, of Brooklyn Park, was found dead of an apparent gunshot wound around 8:30 a.m. while responding to a report of a person slumped over inside a vehicle in the 14600 block of Snowy Owl Street Northwest. The Anoka County Sheriff's Office said on Monday that Manly's death is being investigated as a homicide and no arrests have yet been made. A GoFundMe has been launched to help with the family's funeral costs and other expenses, and has $2,100 of its $20,000 goal as of Tuesday morning.
