'voco hotels is IHG's fastest growing premium brand, and is quickly growing in popularity with leisure and business guests in the country thanks to the successful market debut of voco with voco Ma Belle Danang – By IHG and the recent opening of the world's first resort under the brand, voco Quang Binh Resort – By IHG. Located less than an hour from Cam Ranh International Airport, voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang will feature 250 rooms across 28 floors, offering sea views. This IHG's premium voco branded property is part of Nha Trang's larger real estate and tourism development project aimed at boosting the region's growth potential. Guests will have direct access to the coastline and local attractions encompassing Nha Trang Beach, Ponagar Temple, and mud-spa parks. The hotel will boast various facilities, including a swimming pool, restaurants, bars, and meeting spaces. Nha Trang Bay general director Tran Duc Long said: 'Travel and tourism is a major industry in Vietnam and it's showing strong consistent growth, as shown by the six million international tourists who visited the country in Q1 this year – the highest-ever quarterly figure. 'This makes it a great moment to introduce new destinations for travellers to explore and visit outside of gateway cities – just as we're doing with voco Scenia Bay Nha Trang – By IHG.' It will be the fourth IHG hotel in the area, joining other brands like InterContinental, InterContinental Residences and Six Senses. Vietnam remains a key market for IHG's growth strategy, with 20 hotels across eight brands and 22 more properties in the pipeline. The company's footprint spans ten locations in the country, and it intends to continue expanding its brand portfolio. In May 2025, IHG opened its first voco resort in Quang Binh, Vietnam, marking another milestone in its Vietnamese expansion.
