Applications invited for posts in Child Welfare Committees in Erode district
The Director of Child Welfare and Special Services invites applications for the posts of chairperson and members of the Child Welfare Committees, Erode district, under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. Appointments will be made by the government on an honorarium basis. At least one member must be a woman. These are non-government positions.
A release said the applicants should have a degree in Child Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Social Work, Sociology, Human Health, Education, Human Development, or Special Education for differently-abled children. Also, they should have a minimum 7 years' experience in child-related health, education, or welfare, or be a practising professional and their age should be between 35 and 65 years.
