HM to offer Eid Al Adha prayers at Sultan Qaboos Mosque in Nizwa
His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik will offer Eid Al Adha 1446 AH prayers on Friday at Sultan Qaboos Mosque in the Wilayat of Nizwa, Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah, said a statement by the Diwan of Royal Court on Wednesday. The text of the statement reads as follows: 'His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik will offer Eid Al Adha 1446 AH prayers at Sultan Qaboos Mosque in the Wilayat of Nizwa in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah. Along with His Majesty the Sultan, the Eid Al Adha prayers will also be offered by some of Their Highnesses members of the Royal Family, Al Busaid dignitaries, ministers, advisers, commanders of the Sultan's Armed Forces (SAF), the Royal Oman Police (ROP) and other military and security services, some members of the State Council and the Majlis Ash'shura in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah, under-secretaries, walis, shaikhs and citizens. On this blessed occasion, the Diwan of Royal Court is honoured to extend sincere greetings to His Majesty the Sultan, praying to Allah the Almighty to protect His Majesty and grant him good health and happiness. Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik will perform the Eid al Adha prayer this year at Sultan Qaboos Mosque in the Wilayat of Nizwa, in al Dakhiliyah Governorate, said a statement by the Diwan of Royal Court today The prayer will take place on Friday, following the sunrise of the blessed Eid al Adha for the year 1446 AH.

HM The Sultan Issues Royal Decree
Muscat- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued a Royal decree reading as follows: Royal Decree No. 51/2025 transfers the Directorate General of Medical Services from the Diwan of Royal Court to the Ministry of Health. Article (1) states that the Directorate General of Medical Services shall be transferred from the Diwan of Royal Court to the Ministry of Health. Article (2) stipulates that all allocations, rights, obligations and assets that belong to the Directorate General of Medical Services shall be transferred to the Ministry of Health. Article (3) transfers all occupants of medical and paramedical jobs, as well as other personnel of the Directorate General of Medical Services, to the Ministry of Health, along with their respective job status, grades and financial allocations. Article (4) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik will perform the Eid Al Adha prayer for the year 1446 AH at the Sultan Qaboos Mosque in the Wilayat of Nizwa in Dakhliyah Governorate. In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Diwan of Royal Court announced that His Majesty will be accompanied by members of the Royal Family, ministers, advisors, commanders of the Sultan's Armed Forces, Royal Oman Police, and other security services. Also attending will be members of the State Council and Majlis A'Shura representing Dakhliyah, undersecretaries, walis, and a number of sheikhs, dignitaries, and citizens. The Diwan of Royal Court extended its warmest congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty the Sultan on the blessed occasion of Eid Al Adha. It also conveyed greetings to the Omani people, residents in the sultanate, and Muslims across the world, praying for continued good health and well-being for His Majesty and enduring prosperity for Oman
