SLC weekend events: Drag queen bingo, spring fests and pet psychic readings
Spring in Utah means festivals, nature and psychic readings for pets.
Also: Baby tarantulas at the bar.
🦋 Pollinator Palooza: A butterfly tent, artisan market and native plant sales fill Millcreek Common for a week.
When: 11am-9pm daily, April 3-9
Cost: Free to attend, $5 to enter the butterfly tent and $30 for a special terrarium workshop Saturday.
🙀 Pet psychic readings: Bring Fido or Fifi for an in-person psychic reading at the Dog's Meow in Millcreek.
When: 3-7pm Friday
Cost: $10
💎 Sparkly things: The Gem Faire brings crystals, beads, jewelry and other treasures to the Mountain America Expo Center in Sandy.
When: Friday-Sunday
Cost: $7 for a weekend pass
👠 Drag queen bingo: The Matrons of Mayhem are hosting a fundraiser for Preservation Utah, 6pm Friday at Memorial House in City Creek Canyon.
🐣 Spring Spectacular: South Jordan's spring festival brings a candy scramble, live music, a basketball dunk team and the Easter Bunny to the city softball fields.
