KC & The Sunshine Band bringing the funk to Riverdome
BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — KC & The Sunshine Band will perform in Bossier City on their world tour.
Grammy-award winner Ashanti to perform live at the Horseshoe Casino & Hotel
The band will bring their 'Doin' It World Tour' to the area for a fun night. Founded in 1973 in Hialeah, Florida, the group is famous for hits such as 'Get Down Tonight,' 'That's the Way,' 'Shake Your Booty,' and 'I'm Your Boogie Man.' The band initially started with four members and is primarily known for its disco and funk music, though it incorporates influences from other genres.
