Agents Christie and Co, who are handling the sale, described it as a 'well-loved riverside venue in the city centre'. They went on: 'Created and operated for over 28 years by Don Lawson, Johnny Foxes and The Den is a lively pub, restaurant and nightclub situated on the banks of the River Ness.
