Man charged with 5th DUI in Nashville
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 52-year-old man was arrested in South Nashville early Tuesday morning and charged with his fifth DUI.
Officers were called to the 600 block of Murfreesboro Pike just after 3 a.m. for a driver in a black Ford F-150 who was stuck in a parking lot.

The man drove away and officers soon caught up to him at a gas station in the 1100 block of Murfreesboro Pike. According to court documents, Donald Neighbors told officers he had not been in any accident in the parking lot.
Officers noted Neighbors was talking excessively, sweating profusely and smelled of alcohol. Neighbors told officers he was out on bond for another pending DUI case in 2024 and has multiple DUI convictions in Nashville, according to the arrest documents.

A piece of the front end of the F-150 was found in the parking lot.
Neighbors was booked into the Metro jail and charged with driving under the influence (fifth offense) and leaving the scene of an accident. His bond was set at $15,000.
