Work release inmate accused of walking off job site in Tickfaw
TICKFAW, La. (WGNO) — Deputies with the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office are searching for a work release inmate who allegedly walked off a job site on Thursday, June 5.
According to the TPSO, 42-year-old Donald Ray Wilson was in a program that allows inmates to work jobs with partner businesses outside of the jail.

The TPSO was notified that Wilson was allegedly seen leaving his job site on the 51000 block of Highway 51 in Tickfaw, heading north.
Deputies are coordinating with local law enforcement to find him.
According to the TPSO, Wilson was serving time for a parole violation as a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
