Appleton Police Department looking for missing man, last seen on May 28
APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – The Appleton Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing man who was last seen on Wednesday, May 28.
Officers say that Donovan Xiong was last seen in the 900 block of North Bay Ridge Road in Appleton around 2 p.m. on Wednesday.
Xiong was last seen wearing a green T-shirt, jeans, black shoes, and possibly a jacket.
Packers honor Wisconsin law enforcement officers with Protect & Serve Award
Officers noted that it is out of character for Xiong to be out of contact with family and that he does not drive a vehicle.
Anyone with relevant information on Donovan's whereabouts is asked to contact the Appleton Police Department at (920) 832-5500.
