Springfield's first Friday art walk kicks off Artsfest
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Springfield's 'First Friday Art Walk' will be hosted by Downtown Springfield the night before Artsfest.
May's Art Walk will feature gallery openings and special performances across more than a dozen venues. Event goers can expect a fashion collection made from reclaimed neckties, a veteran art exhibit at the Gillioz Theatre, local student exhibits and live music.
Artsfest begins on Walnut Street on May 3 and May 4 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
