Kelly Stafford spoke with her plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher about her "mommy makeover" The wife of NFL star Matthew Stafford got her "boobs redone" and also got a "tummy tuck," adding that the plastic surgeon "put back together my abs" Kelly is the mom of four daughtersKelly Stafford is opening up about her 'mommy makeover.' The 36-year-old wife of NFL star Matthew Stafford didn't shy away from sharing which procedures she's gotten done while talking with her plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher on the May 26 episode of her podcast The Morning After. Sharing that she first visited Dr. Fisher in 2021, one year after the birth of her fourth daughter, Kelly detailed her plastic surgery. 'I had my boobs redone, and you also did the tummy tuck, and you put back together my abs,' Kelly told Dr. Fisher. Noting that she thought a 'tummy tuck' was 'fat removal,' Kelly explained how her opinion changed when she realized it was tightening of loose skin. 'I felt great after mine. I felt very confident,' Kelly shared of her 'mommy makeover.' Kelly urged other moms who were interested in the procedures not to wait until their kids were all grown. 'You wanna kinda do it when you still have that urge to feel sexy,' she said. 'These women — as I felt — you have a kid or you've had multiple children, and you haven't really felt like yourself since before you had kids. And so there is that just like, I'm done [having kids]. Let me go get set. Like, let me go feel like myself.' Kelly and Matthew, who is the quarterback for the Los Angeles Rams, are parents to twins Sawyer and Chandler, 8, Hunter, 6, and Tyler, 4. In April, the couple celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary with Kelly posting a sweet tribute to Matthew on Instagram. "10 years in and my heart feels so full,' she captioned her post. 'Couldn't imagine loving you more, but I know over the next decade, that's exactly what's gonna happen. Happy anniversary John Matthew Stafford.' And while she cherished the special anniversary, Kelly also got candid about the highs and lows of marriage during a podcast episode back in April. "Marriage is f------ hard," she explained on the episode. "Anyone who tells you differently is f------ lying through their teeth… It becomes tougher and tougher with the more things thrown your way. [Marriage is about] communication and evolving with [your partner]. Fighting's okay as long as you fight the right way and you can give that space for them to be vulnerable and not to judge [them]." Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly unveils plastic surgery 'makeover' after four kids and ten years of marriage
Kelly Stafford, the wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, held nothing back as she lifted the lid on the transformations she's made to her appearance. The 35-year-old has welcomed four daughters with the former Super Bowl winner - twins Sawyer and Chandler, eight, plus Hunter, six, and Tyler, four - and admitted that her body has been put through some changes. Speaking on her podcast, 'The Morning After,' the former cheerleader confessed to having undergone a 'mommy makeover' following ten years of marriage to the NFL star. Kelly went into great detail on her plastic surgery procedures as she welcomed her own surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher, as a guest on her show. 'I had my boobs re-done and you also did the tummy tuck,' she admitted, adding: 'And you put back together my a**.' She also noted that she had her first breast enhancement years before, claiming she couldn't exactly remember when. Kelly stressed that the procedures left her feeling 'great' and 'very confident' but admitted to having felt some doubts. 'You want to do it when you still have that urge to feel sexy,' she said, adding: 'I'm not saying at 18 years down the road I might not have a resurgence of that. But I also just think you're older in age and it gets tougher.' She continued: 'A lot of people who live in California know what a tummy tuck is, but in my mind when I was told a tummy tuck, I was like, "That's lipo[suction], right?" I was thinking fat removal and then skin and I remember being like, "Oh man, OK."' Kelly went on to hint that she and Matthew were finished having children as she added: 'You don't want to go in and get a tummy tuck and get rid of the skin and get pregnant again … Because that's kind of a waste.' Kelly, who tied the knot with the signal caller in 2015, has always been open and honest about her health struggles, including her brain tumor diagnosis. In 2019, she revealed on Instagram that she'd been suffering months of vertigo spells before being diagnosed with a noncancerous mass known as an acoustic neuroma, which was sitting on a nerve that emerges directly from the brain. The tumor is caused by a mutation of a gene on chromosome 22, but what causes the mutation is unclear. According to the National Organization for Rare Disorders, about 2,500 new patients are diagnosed every year. In April 2019, she underwent the 12-hour procedure. Days later, she was back in the hospital in pain. Recovery wasn't easy and in September 2020, she revealed she was still learning to walk again. 'I have symptoms that are still lingering. In fact, they aren't symptoms anymore. They are just a part of me,' Kelly explained via Instagram at the time. 'But every time I get those headaches, lose my footing or get yelled at by my girls for not listening when I really never heard them, I remind myself how much stronger I am. How much stronger my marriage is. How much stronger my family is. It was a part of God's plan, a plan I am all in for. Grateful to be here.'
