Things are heating up on the Cobbles next week as the drama continues on Coronation Street There are some big moments ahead on Coronation Street, from secrets and lies to health news coming to light, here is everything to expect from the hit ITV soap this week. One teen collapses and it could lead to big trouble for the police officer who arrests them, someone appears to be out to get Maria Connor and more than one resident has a big decision to make. ‌ There's relationship drama for Theo and Todd, while a hospital trip results in Debbie Webster's dementia diagnosis being revealed to her loved ones. At the start of the week there's drama, when Brody decides to torment Daniel, leading to his arrest by detective Lisa Swain over harassment, the Mirror reports. ‌ Just as Carla Connor arrives to meet Lisa, she spots her putting Brody in handcuffs. The teen is then told to empty his pockets at the station, where Lisa finds a bottle of white pills, and he refuses to explain why he has them. Lisa takes the pills from Brody, leaving him alone in his cell, where he begins to feel unwell and shouts to Lisa that he needs his meds. Lisa ignores his plea and soon Brody suffers an epileptic fit. Will he survive, and could Lisa end up in big trouble? Meanwhile, Maria Connor is released from the police station pending further investigation after being accused of attacking Lou - she wastes no time and confronts Lou for reporting her to the police. ‌ But Lou denies making the report - leaving Maria worried for her own safety. Later on Lou heads to see Gary, explaining that she doesn't want any trouble, as the pair move on and share a drink. Todd is still upset over how things ended with Theo last week, learning that Theo is on a dating app after he spots his profile online. However, it seems someone is behind this trying to split the pair up for good, but who could it be? ‌ Later in the week, Todd suggests that the pair of them should attend the Drag Night at the pub - only for Theo's phone to be blown up with constant messages from his daughter Millie. Todd soon turns Theo's phone on airplane mode without him knowing, but he later discovers a number of calls from his ex Danielle, informing him that Millie has been rushed to hospital. It's clear that Millie wants her dad to come home and "lead a normal life" with them, and she will do anything to get it. Another huge plot next week revolves around Debbie and her dementia diagnosis being revealed. ‌ She has been keeping it from her family for months, but next week she collapses and has to come clean. Debbie suffers an outburst while having a drink with Bernie Winter, and later in the week she forgets to pay at the cafe. She collapses, and ends up being taken to hospital resulting in her sharing the news with her brother Kevin Webster. Kevin is obvious to the ongoing drama with his brother Carl and wife Abi Franklin. ‌ After Carl kisses Abi in upcoming scenes, there is an awkward tension between the pair which Kevin quickly notices. Debbie also spots the two of them together, when Carl tells Abi that they're meant to be together - but will they be rumbled? Additionally, Sally shares her concerns about Lou's kids with Tim and wants to go to social services, she also makes a decision about fostering. Aadi, Summer and Amy plan a party. Lastly, next week Dee-Dee is struggling with her feelings towards her baby daughter, agreeing for her brother James to raise her child. She steps up for a doctor's appointment and is left emotionally drained - sparking a dramatic feud between the siblings.
