Dubois County Jail launches new recovery program
HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT)—The Dubois County Sheriff's Office announces a new jail program to help inmates make long-term changes.
Jasper High School students 'stuff the bus' on High School Radio Day
On Wednesday, the 'Integrated Re-entry and Correctional Support Team' launched the recovery and rehabilitation program with their Criminal Justice Matrix groups inside the facility. Officials say the evidence-based program will span 25 weeks and focus on early recovery skills, relapse prevention, and adjustment support. The program will be facilitated twice a week by Certified Peer Support Professionals.
