Pistachio Coffee returns to Dunkin's spring 2025 menu

American coffee and doughnut brand Dunkin' has announced the return of two fan-favourite beverages, the Dunkalatte and Pistachio Coffee, as part of its spring menu 2025 lineup for a limited time. The Pistachio Coffee features a sweet pistachio flavour swirl blended with Dunkin's Original Blend coffee, and is available hot or iced. The company also introduced new savoury item Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders, alongside the comeback of the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon and the Chicken & Bacon Croissant Stuffer. Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders feature Black Forest ham, Swiss cheese and honey mustard on King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns. The Sweet Black Pepper Bacon is known for its sweet and savoury seasoning and can be ordered in a breakfast sandwich, as a Wake-Up Wrap or as Snackin' Bacon. The Chicken & Bacon Croissant Stuffer is a croissant filled with chicken, bacon and Colby Jack cheese and topped with seasoning. Dunkin' is also keeping the Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso and Raspberry Watermelon Dunkin' refresher on the menu. For spring 2024, Dunkin' is also offering the $6 meal deal, which comprises a medium Hot or Iced Coffee, a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich and Hash Browns. Dunkin' rewards members can enjoy exclusive app-only deals in March, including a Pretzel Slider for $3 with a beverage purchased between the 11th and the 17th. Members can earn 100 bonus points every Monday in March when ordering ahead in the app. Dunkin category management vice-president Beth Turenne stated: 'At Dunkin', we know our fans are passionate about their favourite drinks, and nothing proves that more than the overwhelming demand for the return of the Dunkalatte and Pistachio Coffee. These two beverages have each built a cult following, from customers raving about the Dunkalatte's one-of-a-kind creamy flavour, to years of petitions calling for Pistachio's comeback. 'We're also bringing more delicious flavours to the menu with the new Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders, served on King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns, a sweet and savoury twist." In February 2024, Dunkin' announced that it will stop charging extra for non-dairy milk alternatives from 5 March. Dunkin' brings back ‘highly requested' drink after 7 years. When can you get it?

A Dunkin' fan favorite was missing from menus for seven years. Now it's back with another 'highly requested' coffee. Dunkin's spring menu launched March 5 with the return of the pistachio coffee, according to the doughnut and coffee chain. Last offered in 2018, the 'long-lost favorite' joins the Dunkalatte on the limited-time lineup. Both drinks are available hot or iced. 'These two beverages have each built a cult following, from customers raving about the Dunkalatte's one-of-a-kind creamy flavor, to years of petitions calling for Pistachio's comeback,' Beth Turenne, vice president of Category Management at Dunkin', said in a news release. The pistachio coffee starts with Dunkin's original blend coffee combined with a pistachio flavor swirl for a 'nutty, subtly sweet' essence, a product description reads. Coffee lovers looking for a creamier option can try the Dunkalatte, the brand's first-ever drink made with coffee milk. The milkshake-inspired drink first hit menus in 2024 and 'became an instant sellout,' according to Dunkin'. 'The secret ingredient of this ultra-smooth beverage is coffee milk, made by blending whole milk with Dunkin's very own coffee extract,' the restaurant said. The pistachio coffee and Dunkalatte are available for a limited time, though Dunkin' didn't say for how long. Dunkin's spring lineup includes other new and returning favorites. They are: Ham and Swiss pretzel sliders made with King's Hawaiian pretzel slider bunsSweet black pepper baconChicken and bacon croissant stufferBrown sugar shakin espressoRaspberry watermelon Dunkin' refresher Pricing information wasn't immediately available. Dunkin' spring menu launches, nondairy surcharge removed

Dunkin's spring menu arrives Wednesday, the same day the company stops charging its long-standing nondairy milk fee. The big picture: The Boston-based company's seasonal change comes a day after Starbucks released its spring menu with new and returning drinks. State of play: Dunkin' is the latest chain to remove the nondairy surcharge. Starbucks removed its fee in November and smaller chains have followed suit. Dairy alternatives will be "standard options for Dunkin' beverages at no additional cost to guests," a company spokesperson told Axios. "This will allow guests visiting any Dunkin' location to enjoy traditional dairy or alternative dairy options in any beverage without an additional charge," the spokesperson added. Dunkin' spring menu brings back Dunkalatte The spring menu includes ongoing limited items and returning ones. The only new item is the Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders that are made with pretzel-style King's Hawaiian-brand slider buns. Dunkin' first released the Dunkalatte, the brand's first-ever coffee milk latte, in August 2024 as part of its fall menu. It's available hot or iced. Other menu items include: Pistachio Coffee (hot or iced) Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso Raspberry Watermelon Dunkin' Refresher Sweet Black Pepper Bacon lineup, which Dunkin' says is available as a Breakfast Sandwich, Wake Up Wrap and Snackin' Bacon. Chicken & Bacon Croissant Stuffer Kelly's taste test: Dunkin' gave Axios an early taste of the new menu ahead of the launch. The Iced Pistachio Coffee reminded me of pistachio ice cream but my favorite was the Iced Dunkalatte that is made with espresso and coffee milk. What's next: Dunkin' didn't unveil any seasonal doughnuts Wednesday but more menu items are rumored to arrive before Easter. Food blogger and influencer Markie Devo posted on Instagram that a Cotton Candy-flavored doughnut, Blueberry Sprinkled Munchkins and a Spring Munchkins Bucket are expected in early April.
