An MPD news release said officers were called to Inge and Associates around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, for a report of a person on the property.
Officers said when they arrived, they found a man, now identified as 50-year-old Dwain Marcellus Williams, and arrested him.
Police said they later learned that Williams had given them a false name to hide the fact that he had an active felony warrant.
