Nicholasville man allegedly uploaded child porn onto social media, told police it was ‘stupid'
NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — On Tuesday, a Nicholasville man was charged after he allegedly admitted to uploading child sexual abuse material (CSAM) using social media apps.
According to the Nicholasville Police Department (NPD), on Jan. 23, investigators received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding four videos containing CSAM.

According to the department, on Tuesday, officers carried out a search warrant in the 500 block of Hillbrook Drive to find Dylan Zabriskie, 22.
Court documents show that Zabriskie allegedly confessed to using an email account that had uploaded four videos containing child sex abuse material.
When officers asked Zabriskie if he knew what he was doing, he allegedly told police 'he was stupid for downloading and uploading the videos,' an arrest citation reads.

Zabriskie was charged with four counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under 12. He was lodged in the Jessamine County Detention Center.
The investigation remains ongoing.
