ALBAWABA – Samsung, the South Korean multinational electronics company, is currently developing its next-generation foldable smartphone—the Galaxy Z Fold7. According to recent leaks, the Galaxy Z Fold7 will feature an impressively slim 4.5mm-thick foldable body, enhanced IP48-rated water and dust resistance, and support for a smart stylus designed for writing and drawing directly on the screen. It is also expected to include eSIM technology for seamless cellular connectivity.
Notably, the Galaxy Z Fold7's main display will feature an 8.2-inch Foldable Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X panel with a resolution of 2488 x 2224 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a pixel density of approximately 407 ppi. The external screen will also utilize a Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display, measuring 6.5 inches with a resolution of 2376 x 968 pixels and the same smooth 120Hz refresh rate.

The Galaxy Z Fold7 is expected to run on the upgraded Android 15 operating system and be powered by Qualcomm's next-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, built on advanced 3nm process technology. It will feature an Adreno 830 GPU, 12GB of RAM, and internal storage options ranging from 256GB to a massive terms of photography, the Galaxy Z Fold7 is rumored to feature a triple rear camera setup with resolutions of approximately 200MP, 12MP, and 10MP, capable of recording video in stunning 8K quality. On the front, it will reportedly include a dual-camera system with 10MP and 4MP sensors for high-quality selfies and video calls.
Finally, the Galaxy Z Fold7 will come equipped with dual SIM slots, a USB Type-C 3.2 port, a fingerprint scanner for enhanced security, AKG-tuned stereo speakers, and NFC support for contactless payments.
