Montra Electric ties up with Magenta Mobility for EV logistics supply

Montra Electric has entered into a partnership with Magenta Mobility , an EV logistics company, to deploy 100 Eviator E350L electric vehicles . The Memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by Saju Nair, CEO of TIVOLT Electric Private Limited--Montra Electric's commercial vehicle arm--and Maxson Lewis, managing director and CEO of Magenta Mobility. As per the agreement, Montra Electric will supply 100 Eviator E350L electric vehicles to Magenta Mobility for deployment across various sectors--including FMCG, grocery, e-commerce, and telecom operation-- focusing on increased mileage, intercity operations, and enhanced driver comfort and safety. The collaboration is aimed at revolutionising green logistics in the country and seeks to provide businesses with innovative, sustainable, and efficient mobility solutions. What all does it comprise? The EVIATOR E350L vehicles, recently launched at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, are noted for their specifications, performance capabilities, and advanced software-defined vehicle (SDV) and telematics solutions. Montra Electric will also provide tailored service and charging solutions to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency for Magenta Mobility's fleet. The partnership will focus on increasing daily mileage, supporting intercity operations, and enhancing driver comfort and safety. The goal is to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in the 4-wheeler Small Commercial Vehicle (e-SCV) segment.
