Family desperate to find loved one missing for 2 weeks
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A local family is desperate for answers after a metro man has been missing for nearly two weeks.
29-year-old David Eakers truck was found on January 25 and his family said they have not seen or heard from him since.
'We want answers, that's all it is. We want answers,' said Devrick Gray, Eakers' older brother. 'We miss you and want you to come home.'
Gray said when they last talked to Eakers, he was going to the store and still wearing his pajamas.

'He was just going to the store to grab cigarettes, come back, probably kick it like he always does any other day. You know what I mean? And then he didn't come home,' said Gray.
Eakers truck was found miles away in Del City, and the only thing inside was his wallet.
His family said the truck was damaged.
'We don't even know if he was the one that wrecked his truck,' said Gray.
Eakers stepfather said his stepson is normally quiet and stays to himself.
'He just kind of does his own thing. Got a military background, he got out on good, you know, good terms. Was doing really good,' said Brian Palczynsky, Eakers step-father.
Palczynsky said no matter where he is, Eakers always made sure to keep in touch with his mother.
'I just want him to come home and tell him to call his mom. She's worried sick,' said Palczynsky.
The family is hoping weeks don't turn into months.
'If anybody knows anything or knows a neighbor that lived in the 401 Vickie area that may have a camera on their house or something, tell them to check those cameras and see if they see a light gray Chevy, Colorado,' said Palczynsky.
The Del City and Oklahoma City Police Departments said this is an active missing person investigation.
They are asking anyone who may know something to give them a call.
