The Indiana Pacers began with a 9-0 run in the second half. That made the game challenging for the New York Knicks. The Knicks couldn't catch up even though OG Anunoby scored 24 points and Karl-Anthony Towns contributed 22 points with 14 rebounds. The eventual score was 125-108.
First in 24 years, this victory sent the Indiana Pacers to the NBA Finals. They will next confront the Oklahoma City Thunder. Oklahoma City is scheduled for June 5 for Game 1.
