Easterseals Community Rally 2025: Day 3
PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — Volunteers were taking calls on Wednesday for the third day of the Easterseals Community Rally Telethon.
The community rally will raise money and awareness for children with disabilities. As part of the Rally, Easterseals will be holding a telethon from April 21 through 25.
Easterseals Community Rally 2025: Day 2
Easterseals Board member Mark Scott said he is thankful for everybody giving back during the Community Rally.
'It's unbelievable, over 100 years, we service over 5,000 kids each and every year,' Scott said. 'We just thank everybody, and this community. Peoria is such an incredible giving community, with so many different organizations, and we're just proud to be a part of that.'
Easterseals Ambassador Jessica Rosenbahm thanked everyone who helped her raise $9,095.
'Easterseals is a really good organization that helped me walk and talk and be friendly to people,' Rosenbahm said. 'If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be where I am right now.'
