Easterseals Telethon takes place tomorrow
HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT)- The annual Easterseals Telethon will take place on Friday.
The telethon is a major fundraiser for the rehabilitation center in Evansville, and will mark the event's 48th year partnering with Eyewitness News. The community is encouraged to tune in throughout the day to hear from the people who are served by the organization.
Organizers say this year's goal is to share the Easterseals mission, celebrate community impact, and encourage donations. 100% of the funds raised throughout the telethon's duration will help to provide inclusive early education and essential therapy services for local children and adults with disabilities.
