Edmonton property taxes due tomorrow
June 30 is the last day to pay your annual property taxes.
Property taxes were sent out in May. If you haven't received your notice, you are urged to contact 311 as soon as possible.
A five per cent penalty will apply on any outstanding 2025 amount on July 1, with further penalties later in the year. Late fees on property taxes cannot be appealed.
You can pay at most financial institutions or by telephone or online banking. Since the deadline is June 30, it is not advised to pay by mail at this time.
A monthly payment plan is available to apply for at any time but only when your balance is cleared.
The deadline has passed to start monthly payments in July, so you must pay your full balance by June 30 to avoid a late penalty. If you apply to start in August, any late fees will be added to your monthly payments.
