Ohio man killed in Clay City crash on Black Creek Road
CLAY CITY, Ky. (FOX 56) — A 64-year-old Ohio man was killed on Thursday after he allegedly lost control of his car in Powell County.
Troopers with Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 8 in Morehead were notified about the crash on Thursday by Powell County Dispatch, per a news release.
An initial investigation showed that Edwin A. Caraballo Burgos, 64, of Middletown, Ohio, was driving a car heading south on Black Creek Road when he reportedly dropped off the side of the road, causing him to lose control.

State police wrote that as Burgos was trying to regain control of the vehicle, it appeared that the car was allegedly overcorrected, causing it to overturn.
Burgos reportedly died from injuries sustained in the crash.
The deadly crash investigation remains ongoing.
