Hamas and the Destruction of Gaza

Member of the Egyptian Writers Union Ibrahim Dalalsha, head of the Horizon Center for Studies in Ramallah, confirmed to Sky News Arabia that Hamas has plunged the people of Gaza into a humanitarian catastrophe and is unable to offer solutions after losing almost complete control of the Gaza Strip. This is in addition to the killing and wounding of tens of thousands of residents and the complete destruction of the Gaza Strip. The Zionist entity's massacres did not stop there, despite the ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement. Cairo News Channel confirmed in a breaking news report that the occupation is destroying residential areas west of the Palestinian city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip. The occupation forces continue to launch hundreds of airstrikes and artillery shelling, committing crimes across the Strip and committing bloody massacres against civilians. Despite thousands of demonstrations inside the Gaza Strip demanding that Hamas leave to preserve the lives of civilians and thwart the displacement plan recently announced by Trump to evacuate the Gaza Strip and annex it to Israel, Hamas is evasive and manipulating the lives and resources of the Strip's residents. A few days ago, the government media office in the Gaza Strip warned that the city of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, was being subjected to systematic genocide and ethnic cleansing under intense Israeli bombardment. The statement added: "The Israeli occupation has turned Rafah Governorate into a closed military operations zone, completely isolating it from the rest of the Gaza Strip, considering it a complete red zone. It continues to commit horrific massacres against defenseless civilians, and has caused systematic and comprehensive destruction of infrastructure, vital facilities, and residential homes, rendering the city uninhabitable." In the same context, Netanyahu said that all we seek is to enable the residents of Gaza to have the option of leaving for other countries. Trump praised Netanyahu's words, saying that "the Gaza Strip has become like a death trap, an extremely dangerous place that will take years to rebuild." He said that he would call Gaza a "freedom zone" after expelling its residents. I believe this is a Zionist-American plot in which Hamas foolishly participated. As a Muslim Brotherhood movement whose goal is to seize the presidency in Palestine, it is primarily responsible for this devastation, destruction, and genocide, and it must immediately leave Gaza. Perhaps we can glimpse this on the horizon. The nearest solution will alleviate the suffering of a people who have been under occupation since 1967.

A Message to Trump

Dr. Mohamed Dabasha Member of the Egyptian Writers Union In a brief interview broadcast by international news agencies, US President Donald Trump asked Egypt and Jordan to host the people of Gaza for a short or long period until Israel finishes cleansing the Gaza Strip of Hamas. He confirmed in a later interview that Sisi and the King of Jordan will do this because he provides support to both countries, despite Egypt and Jordan's rejection of this request. Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi confirmed that his country will not participate in any injustice inflicted on the Palestinian people and that the solution lies in the two-state solution to achieve security and peace for the Israeli and Palestinian people. He added that if this request is imposed and approved, the Egyptian people will rise up against it and the region will experience undesirable consequences. Sisi stressed during a press conference with his Kenyan counterpart that there will be no tolerance or permission to tamper with Egyptian national security in light of what is being said about the displacement of Palestinians. He added that Egypt is committed to its principles towards establishing a Palestinian state without neutrality or concessions. In a statement issued by the Jordanian Royal Court, King Abdullah stressed, during separate meetings held in Brussels with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, European Parliament President Roberta Mezzola, and European Council President Antonio Costa, Jordan and Egypt's position on the necessity of establishing the Palestinians on their land and obtaining their legitimate rights in accordance with the two-state solution and ending the injustice inflicted on the Palestinian people for more than 70 years. The Palestinian presidency also affirmed its categorical rejection of the displacement of the residents of Gaza and thanked Egypt and Jordan for their steadfast positions on the Palestinian cause. In the same context, the Arab League stressed that any attempts to uproot the Palestinian people from their land are rejected and violate international law. The most eloquent response to Trump's delusions was the return of the displaced residents of Gaza to the Strip despite the massive destruction they suffered as a result of the blatant Israeli aggression. For his part, Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that calls for Palestinians to leave for Egypt and Jordan are not something that can lead to peace. In this view, French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot announced that US President Donald Trump's proposal to settle Gaza residents in Arab countries contradicts the concept of peaceful coexistence between two sovereign states, Israel and Palestine, which France calls for. Paris considered any forced displacement of Gaza Palestinians 'unacceptable.' In the same vein, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that US President Donald Trump's proposal to transfer Palestinians from the Gaza Strip to Jordan and Egypt is 'unacceptable.' He added at an election conference in Berlin: 'Any plans for resettlement, expelling Gaza citizens from there to Egypt or Jordan, are unacceptable.' He added that he supports the two-state solution, where Israelis and Palestinians live side by side. Side by side in peace". And not to dispel the fragile hope for peace that has now become possible,' referring to the recent ceasefire agreement, adding that 'peace will not be achieved unless the population feels that there is hope for a future in which they govern themselves.' Apart from the official response of all Arab and Islamic countries and every country that stands against this unreasonable Trumpian demand, I remind Trump, who has lost his legal awareness and who disregards international law, that the Arab people know very well that your country participates in every injustice that befalls the people of Palestine, Syria and Lebanon. If you believe that Arab presidents await Mama America's orders and implement them for fear of your brutality, then you are delusional and you must come to your senses. As for myself, and as a member of the Egyptian Writers Union, I reject calls to displace the residents of Gaza and I demand that the US Congress intervene and investigate Trump regarding what he announced about a plan to displace the residents of Gaza without taking into account the rights of the Palestinian people to live on all of their lands occupied in 1967. I also demand that legal men in Egypt and all countries of the world file a complaint with the International Court of Justice against this president. Even though I know that this is useless, and that the solution is in what he said The late leader Gamal Abdel Nasser said that what was taken by force can only be restored by force.
