Relaxe closes Central El Paso location, will offer mobile ax throwing before relocating
El Relaxe is closing its doors due to a difficult economic climate.
The owners of the business, at 808 Montana Ave., posted their final goodbye on their Instagram page this week. And followers started responding with their disappointment.
"After six incredible years filled with laughter, adrenaline, and unforgettable memories, we've made the difficult decision to close the doors of Relaxe. This journey has been nothing short of amazing — from the thousands of axes thrown to the countless friendships formed, we are beyond grateful for the support this community has shown us. Watching Relaxe grow into a place where people could blow off steam, celebrate milestones, and just have fun has been an honor," the post stated.
"Unfortunately, like many small businesses, we've felt the weight of the current economic climate. Despite our best efforts, the challenges have taken a toll, and it's no longer sustainable for us to continue operations," it added.
The ownership then said they will still be offering a mobile version of the ax throwing for two months before they relocate to Dallas.
