Homebuyer reward scheme a success, says developer
Chai says the campaign attracted the interest of various buyer, including young families.
PROPERTY developer Matrix Concepts Holdings' 'Electrifying Raya Bonanza' campaign has received overwhelming response with 433 properties sold.
The units with a gross development value of RM288mil are in Resort Villa, Suria Heights and Eka Heights in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negri Sembilan.
Describing the campaign as a success, Matrix Concepts co-chief executive officer Chai Keng Wai (pic) said it underscored the group's strong market insight and agility in addressing evolving consumer needs.
'By offering a diverse range of properties from affordable homes to premium lifestyle residences, the campaign has captured the interest of various buyer segments, including young families, upgraders and high-net-worth individuals.
'The sales performance is a testament not only to the appeal of the group's developments, but also to the effectiveness of the campaign's integrated approach with value-driven offerings, festive excitement and enticing rewards,' he said.
The campaign concludes on May 31.
Matrix Concepts will host a grand lucky draw event within the next two months, where lucky purchasers will stand a chance to drive away in an electric car (EV).
Other prizes include smart TVs, vacuum cleaners and various home appliances.
'Electrifying Raya Bonanza' also offers next-generation rewards that provide special incentives for buyers' children and a loyalty scheme designed to reward returning and referred purchasers.
A lifestyle combo package, meanwhile, grants buyers exclusive access to leisure activities and games at X Park Sendayan.
