HARRISON COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — Kentucky State Police (KSP) announced on social media on Sunday that a man had been arrested on Thursday and accused of distributing online sex abuse material of a child. State police posted on Facebook that Darrell Wayne Vastine II was arrested on May 28 as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation by the KSP Electronic Crime Branch. The investigation began when Vastine was allegedly found to be sharing images of child sexual exploitation online. SOMERSET, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Pulaski County man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly uploading over 20 files of online child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Court documents show that through an investigation by the state police Electronic Crime Branch, a search warrant was issued for Hunter Reese Rorhrback, 33.
