YCPD, along with the Yuba Sutter Narcotic and Gang Enforcement Task Force and the Butte Interagency Narcotics Task Force, executed a search warrant around 7 a.m. on May 8, at the home of Elizabeth Knoop in Yuba City.
Authorities found an active DMT drug lab that consisted of five-gallon buckets of plant material and the necessary equipment and chemicals to manufacture and process DMT.
The Alcohol and Drug Foundation said dimethyltryptamine is a strong psychedelic drug that affects all senses and can cause a person to hallucinate.
