Applications are open for the 2025 Emerging Youth Artist Scholarship Program
The Chatham-Kent Arts and Culture Network has announced the return of the Emerging Youth Artist Scholarship Awards program.
The scholarship supports Chatham-Kent youth studying fulltime in the arts and culture field at the post-secondary level.
Two awards of $1,500 each will be granted to graduating or recently graduated high school students from any secondary school in Chatham-Kent.
The application form is available online by following this link.
Applicants must send in their submissions by 11:59 p.m. June 13, 2025, to the Chatham -Kent Arts Council.

The importance of supporting emerging artists through programs like our artist scholarship cannot be emphasized enough,' said Laurie Langford, Board Chair, Chatham-Kent Arts Council. 'It is critical to the development of careers, and the future of the creative sector. Students working and studying in all disciplines and mediums are encouraged to apply. We look forward to seeing the breadth of work submitted by this year's applicants.'
