Zyx Technology partners with Chung-Ang University to provide CAD training
Zyx Technology, a Korean AI digital design platform company, announced Friday that it signed a memorandum of understanding with Chung-Ang University to collaborate on CAD software training and workforce development.
Under the agreement, Zyx Technology will provide the university with three years of free educational licenses of ZyxCAD, its proprietary computer-aided design software. The software, known for its compatibility with AutoCAD and support for DWG-based 2D/3D design, will be used in classroom instruction and hands-on training.
The company also plans to offer tailored training programs for faculty and students, focusing on advanced use of the software and its practical applications. The agreement paves the way for broader cooperation, including curriculum development, joint research initiatives, and co-hosted design competitions.
'This agreement with Chung-Ang University is an important step toward broadening access to our AI-based design technology,' said Eom Shin-jo, CEO of Zyx Technology. 'We aim to help students gain skills they can apply in real-world industry settings and expand the foundation of Korea's software ecosystem by bridging education and industry.'
