This honour is awarded to a full-time student who achieves the highest academic standing in a diploma program of at least two years in length. Honorary Diploma This year, Collège Boréal is awarding an Honorary Diploma in Business and Community Services to Maxim Jean-Louis, President and CEO of Contact North. Under his leadership, Contact North has significantly expanded access to distance post-secondary education for people living in rural communities.
