Have stuff you can't throw out? Drop them off at Erie County Recycling collection days
The Erie County Recycling Program is sponsoring household hazardous waste and electronics collection events throughout 2025.
For 50 cents per pound of e-waste and household hazardous waste, the recycling program sponsors electronics collections and household waste events throughout the year.
Reclaiming rubble: Erie's former EMI site is ready for renovations to begin
The program is open to all Erie County residents and operated by Noble Environmental Specialty Recycling.
The dates for the collection events and their locations for 2025 are as follows:
March 15 - Greene Township Building, 9333 Tate Road
April 26 - Summit Township Building, 1230 Townhall Road
May 24 - East Middle School, 1001 Atkins St.
June 14 - Albion Borough Garage, 36 Bessemer St.
Aug. 16 - Greene Township Building, 9333 Tate Road
Oct. 18 - Summit Township Building, 1230 Townhall Road
Nov. 15 - Greene Township Building, 9333 Tate Road
