One of her standout suggestions is surprisingly simple: throw an empty water bottle under the bed upon entering the room. According to Esther, this quick trick can help detect if someone might be hiding underneath. 'If the bottle comes out the other side, it's clear. But if it gets stuck, someone could be there, leave immediately,' she advised.
