USC Looking to Impress Top WR Linked to Historic SEC Powerhouse

USC Looking to Impress Top WR Linked to Historic SEC Powerhouse originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The USC Trojans have a wide range of talented visitors for the first weekend of June. But head coach Lincoln Riley and company will aim to impress one four-star projected to land at a historic SEC powerhouse. Advertisement Scott Schrader of On3 rolled out the list of USC official visitors on Friday. Near the top is Ethan "Boobie" Feaster -- a talented four-star wide receiver projected for LSU. Feaster received a 91% chance of committing to the Tigers per On3. But now his USC visit throws a massive curveball at Brian Kelly and his coaching staff. Can USC close the deal and convince the DeSoto, Tex. wideout to choose the Trojans instead? Even Feaster admitted to Jarrett Perez of 247Sports that USC is showing him a lot of love. "I just haven't been up there in so long that's probably the reason everybody is assuming that I'm not liking them. But no, I just haven't been up there in over a year." Advertisement This will be the 6-foot WR's second USC trip. Perez, though, added that Riley and wide receivers coach Dennis Simmons visited Feaster's home before during the spring. Offensive coordinator Luke Huard paid a visit too. Simmons even offered Feaster as an eighth grade football talent. USC is indeed in Feaster's final cut. But so are LSU, Alabama and Texas A&M. The Trojans represent the lone Big Ten power still in the mix for Feaster. The DeSoto wideout plans to announce his verbal commitment on the Fourth of July. 4-Star Hints at Choosing USC

4-Star Hints at Choosing USC originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The USC Trojans joined the rest of the college football nation in hosting the first-ever official June visits. Now one OV participant is hinting at becoming the newest four-star commit for Lincoln Riley and company. Advertisement Ethan "Boobie" Feaster sparked new intrigue on social media Sunday. The DeSoto High standout wide receiver posted a photo that caught the attention of Trojans fans. Feaster is seen clad in full USC pads in the locker room. He's holding up one of the Heisman Trophies USC claimed. Feaster then posts a succinct, yet telling, message of "soon." Which indicates that he's made his mind up on which university he wants to attend. USC Trojans head coach Lincoln Nicholson-Imagn Images The 6-foot wide receiver sparked reactions from multiple USC fans. Most posted the famed "Fight On!" two-finger peace sign that's popular during USC games. Longtime USC insider Scott Schrader for On3 even reacted by rolling with an hour glass emoji -- signifying Feaster may become the next to announce. Advertisement Feaster would rise as a significant recruiting coup for a program that's already collected a bevy of wins on the trail. USC started its impressive 2026 run in February. Riley and the Trojans helped flip Oregon four-star quarterback commit Jonas Williams to spark the movement. USC then targeted fellow Ducks pledge Tomuhini Topui and got him to flip. The Trojans then added a trio of Trinity League stars for this class in edge rusher Simonte Katoanga, WR Trent Mosley and more recently, five-star tight end Mark Bowman. Now, Riley and USC look like they've done their part to win over Feaster. However, Feaster still listed LSU, Alabama and Texas A&M in his final four.
