'My throuple relationship with identical twins works thanks to vital rules we all must follow'
A throuple, made up of identical twins and their fiancé, has revealed just how they make their relationship work - and there are two rules they must follow. Twins Pediah and Petunia have always done everything together, from eating and dressing the same, but they took it a step further when they started dating the same men. At first, they would date the same man at different times as they had the same type, but after realising this didn't work for them, they made the choice to date the same man at the same time. The sisters, from Pretoria, South Africa, have been dating Themba for the last two years, and the trio is now engaged. They first met Themba during a holiday, and sparks flew after he offered to buy them ice cream. Themba made his intentions clear about dating both women before they swiftly moved into a throuple relationship. In a YouTube documentary series, Love Don't Judge, the throuple, who label themselves as the Euphoria Trio, opened up about their relationship and the essential rules they must follow. 'He said he wasn't cheating, but his supermarket clubcard exposed the truth' The trio revealed that they never "leave anyone behind" and will always enjoy dates together. Another rule ensures that Themba gives his women the same amount of affection and affirmation and that they "never go to bed angry." "Even when we don't want to talk, we have to talk because otherwise we're breaking the rules," Themba said in the documentary. Themba confessed that he has struggled to tell them apart and has accidentally given one twin more attention than the other. "Sometimes he doesn't notice who is who," Pediah shared. But she added that if this is ever the case, she will be quick to "sit him down and tell him." They also share the same bed, although they admitted it can get a little cramped sometimes. "I've never dated twins before in my life. It took some time to adjust to. The bed isn't big enough for three people to start with," Themba candidly said. In March this year, the trio shared the exciting news of their engagement and posted a video on their TikTok account. In the video, Themba placed engagement rings on each of the twins' left hands before holding them close for a hug and kissing each. The caption read: "A man king proposing to identical twins and we both said yes!" In another video, the sisters said they call their fiancé "Belgian chocolate." In the documentary, Themba confessed that it felt like "stumbling on treasure" when the twins agreed to date him. "My dream has become the loves of my lives," he admitted, before adding that he felt "like a king" when walking out in public with two women on his arm. Despite their huge similarities, Themba insisted they have different personalities and described them as "sugar and salt". He said it was like "having the best of both worlds" dating Pediah and Petunia. However, Themba did admit that dating the twins "can be expensive" but insisted, "I can handle it." While the trio have a big social media following, they keep details of their relationship under wraps, including anything about their sex life. They have also faced negativity when it comes to going out in public as a throuple. "Every time we go outside, people stare at us,' the twins shared. Themba added that they sometimes get "kicked out of shops" as they pack on the PDA. "One time a store manager actually came and told us, 'No, kids can't be looking at you hugging and kissing,'" Themba said. "People call other people to come and stare at us like they've seen an animal they've never seen before and now we have to answer all these questions," he added. The trio understand that their relationship isn't the most conventional, as Themba admitted: "Even typical polyamorous relationships don't contain sisters, let alone identical twins." He said he knew there would be "backlash" online, but was saddened to see comments about their relationship. "They say we just want money and that we are too young to be in the relationship," Petunia added. However, they're not letting any negativity get in the way of their relationship and are looking forward to the future, with the hope of welcoming "a lot of kids."

I'm in a throuple with identical twins - it's expensive to have two girlfriends but here's how I make it work
A set of identical twin sisters have revealed that their interests are so similar, they even share the same fiancé. Pediah and Petunia, from Pretoria, South Africa, have been in a relationship with the same man, Themba, for the last two years and even recently both got engaged to him. Appearing in a YouTube documentary series, Love Don't Judge, the sisters shared a glimpse into their unlikely relationship, revealing that they call themselves the Euphoria Trio. From a young age, Pediah and Petunia always did 'everything together'. They dressed the same, the ate the same and even realised they fancied the same men. As they got older, their similar 'type' saw them go on dates with the same men at different times. However, after deciding this dynamic didn't work for them, they decided to start dating the same man at the same time. 'We tried dating separately, but it just didn't work,' they said. It was around this time that the pair met Themba. Pediah and Petunia were first introduced to their future fiancé when they were on holiday and he approached them and asked to buy them ice cream. Themba was clear about his intentions to date both sisters from the offset, and after a failed attempt at dating separately, the three decided to marry up to date as a trio. The trio now do everything together including sharing a bed - which they admit is cramped but suits them regardless. The three never 'leave anyone behind' and will always go on dates as a trio. Even their engagement was a joint affair. In March this year, the throuple shared a video on their TikTok account sharing the exciting news that Themba had proposed to both sisters. In the video, Themba slips matching engagement rings onto each sister's finger before embracing them both in a hug and taking it in turns to kiss them both. 'A man king proposing to identical twins and we both said yes!' the caption read. In another video, the sisters revealed they use the nickname 'Belgian chocolate' for their shared fiancé. When they first agreed that they would date as a three, the throuple worked hard to establish 'ground rules' to ensure that everyone would be kept happy. This included Themba ensuring he would give both twins equal affection and affirmation, as well as 'never going to bed angry'. 'Even when we don't want to talk, we have to talk because otherwise we're breaking the rules,' he said in the documentary. Themba couldn't believe his luck when the girls agreed to start dating him together and said it felt like 'stumbling on treasure'. He confessed that it had always been a dream of his to date twins. 'My dream has become the loves of my lives.' With two beautiful - and identical - women on his arm, he described walking out in public and feeling 'like a king'. Although they look the same, the twin dater maintained that their personalities were far from the same. He described the sisters as 'sugar and salt' and added that dating them felt like 'having the best of both worlds'. Online they receive swathes of message from curious viewers desperate to know more about the intricacies of their polyamorous relationship, with many desperate to gauge how the intimate parts of their relationship work. But the trio maintain that this is strictly private and don't share details of their sex life on social media. Though he admitted that dating the twins isn't cheap. 'It can be expensive - but I can handle it,' he told the documentary. Themba admitted that he sometimes struggles to tell the girls apart and mistakenly ends up giving more attention to one twin other the other. 'Sometimes he doesn't notice who is who,' Pediah explained, before Petunia asserted that if Themba ever gives her twin more attention than her, she will be quick to 'sit him down and tell him'. Remembering to give each twin equal attention isn't the only thing that gets in the way of the couple's blossoming romance. The trio, who go by the Euphoria Trio on social media, said they constantly face abuse online and in real life - with many assuming the girls are only dating Themba for his money. 'Every time we go outside, people stare at us,' the twins explained, with Themba adding that they are sometimes 'kicked out of shops'. The three are no strangers to being kicked out of public places, particularly when they're seen packing on the PDA. 'One time a store manager actually came and told us "no, kids can't be looking at you hugging and kissing",' Themba explained. When the trio are out together in public, many are visibly shocked when she spot Themba kissing both women. 'People call other people to come and stare at us like they've seen an animal they've never seen before and now we have to answer all these questions.' Although they are very happy in their dynamic, they acknowledged that their relationship is somewhat unconventional. 'Even typical polyamorous relationships don't contain sisters,' let alone identical twins, Themba admitted. 'I knew there was going to be a lot of backlash,' he said, but confessed he was still shocked by the level of abuse the trio had received for sharing parts of the relationship on social media. 'They say we just want money and that we are too young to be in the relationship,' Petunia added. As well as sharing a boyfriend, Pediah and Petunia also share a dress sense and more often than not, wear exactly the same outfits. Their likeness isn't something they shy away from and the twins even go out of their way to look as close to one another as possible. 'We love dressing the same because it makes us look more and more identical,' they shared. The two are even so close that sometimes it's Themba who ends up feeling 'left out', particularly when the two start 'gossiping'. 'I've never dated twins before in my life, it took some time to adjust to. The bed isn't big enough for three people to start with,' he said laughing. But it doesn't hold them back. 'As twins, we've been raised the same way, eating the same plate, doing everything together. 'We just started liking the same met and that's how it started. She would date a guy for like two days and then I would start really liking the guy and then she would say "maybe we like the same thing so maybe we should just go for it" and that's how we started doing it.' Asked what the future holds, Themba said he hoped they would have 'a lot of kids' - however he stopped short of explaining the logistics of how any future children will be conceived.
