Independence Bowl: Free margs, chips & salsa
SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS)—This year's Independence Bowl is returning with an exciting event that features free margaritas, chips, salsa, and prizes.
Radiance Technologies invites the public to its inaugural free event, 'Rackets on the Rocks,' on April 4 at the Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club, 578 Spring Lake Dr, Shreveport.
According to the news release, the event begins with a social hour at 6 p.m., during which Superior Grill will serve free margaritas, chips, salsa, queso, and hors d'oeuvres.

Participants can 'Hit The Prizes' from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m.. According to the news release, if individuals hit the ball, hit the prize, and win that prize. Radience Technologies says it is $20 for non-members to 'hit the prize' and for / Independence Bowl Foundation members, it is free.
Radience Technologies details proceeds will benefit Extra Yard for Teachers, benefiting local teachers and classrooms
