Snake on a Marg
You could say Carletta Andrews is still shook by what happened to her at a Mexican restaurant in Virginia. She said while at the eatery, all of a sudden, something hit her head, and when she looked down, she saw the snake in her margarita wrapping around her straw. Miss Andrews was out of there. She said it wasn't the first incident and fears the restaurant may have more than snakes and roaches.
Owl saved by 3-D print
An injured pueo owl on Oahu is getting a second chance, thanks to 3-D printing technology. Hawaii is making a groundbreaking statement as a 3D-printed external fixator is used to stabilize a broken bone in the wing of a pueo owl. The bird was brought in from a house backyard, and it had several broken bones. This lightweight 3D model is a game-changer.
Sour Popsicles!
