Haas driver Oliver Bearman shares the only sad thing about Brad Pitt's F1 movie, wants to play the lead in its sequel

Haas driver Oliver Bearman was one of the many Formula 1 drivers who walked the red carpet at the premiere of Brad Pitt's upcoming movie, F1. However, unlike most of his F1 colleagues, he doesn't have a cameo in the film since he wasn't a F1 driver then. Ollie Bearman on not featuring in Brad Pitt's F1 Ollie Bearman looked dapper in an ice blue blazer, white shirt, and cream pants at the F1 premiere. He was accompanied by his girlfriend, Alicia Stent-Torriani, who looked stunning in a black outfit. When the Haas driver was asked by a reporter if he would like to star in the film's sequel, Bearman replied: 'Yeah, I mean the only sad thing about that film is that I am not in it at all because I was not in F1 when it was filmed. So hopefully there's F1 2 and hopefully I can be the main character.' The video was shared on Formula 1's official X page. Reacting to it, an F1 fan wrote, 'Keep pushing, Ollie.' Another said, 'Can't wait to see you on the big screen soon.' One more commented, 'Excited for what's next.' F1 stars Brad Pitt as a retired Formula One driver who is brought back by an old friend to mentor a rookie, played by Damson Idris. The film has been directed by Joseph Kosinski and is set to hit theatres on June 27. It has been co-produced by Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton and features several current F1 drivers in guest appearances. The film was shot using real F1 cars and on actual race tracks. Speaking to at the Monaco premiere, the Haas driver pointed out a few moments he found amusing in the film. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now He said, 'There are some things that aren't fully accurate… like the standard movie scene where they're going side by side in the straights and suddenly the other guy finds another gear. But that's a typical movie thing, and I think it makes it super captivating for the audience. There's a small minority of us that will maybe find that a bit untrue, but I think for the majority it's going to be a fantastic movie.' He is currently 17th in the 2025 Formula 1 Driver Standings with 6 points.

YouTubers Try Getting Ferrari To Approve Their Heavily Modified F12

Read the full story on Backfire News There's been plenty of speculation about whether or not Ferrari is mad at a group of YouTubers who have heavily modified an F12. Not only did they cut up the hood to allow the twin turbos to breathe and accommodate the twin exhaust stacks, the interior has been mostly gutted and caged, making it a proper case you don't know, Ferrari has a reputation for allegedly blacklisting people who do modifications the powers that be in Maranello find tacky or damaging to the brand's image. A number of celebrities are rumored to have gotten on the automaker's bad side, meaning they can never buy another Ferrari from an authorized dealer. One would think this F12 build would anger Ferrari and earn the YouTubers their spot on the infamous blacklist. After all, the guys at DailyDrivenExotics claim it's the most heavily modified F12 in the entire world. Whether that's true or not could be debated, but it's obviously been hacked up and changed in ways the Italians might not appreciate. Instead of taking the Ferrari F12 to Italy and showing it off at headquarters in Maranello, the YouTubers who live in Southern California and like going to street takeovers choose instead to go to a Ferrari dealer and show off their ride to a salesman. Does this qualify as getting Ferrari's approval? They seem to think it does because the salesman apparently digs the modifications. We don't think the guy speaks for the automaker and wonder if he won't face a reprimand or more after the head honchos in Maranello see this video. Or maybe Ferrari will let this one slide so it looks a little 'cool.' We doubt that, but in these crazy times old precedents seem to be breaking down as some want to see literally anything go. What do you think of this build? Is it tacky? Or is it becoming of the Ferrari brand? Or do you just not care that much about Ferrari's controlling behavior? Image via DailyDrivenExotics/YouTube
