The Ferrari driver has penned a note of gratitude to the other producers and has invited fans to watch the movie in theatres. Ahead of the release, a behind-the-scenes video featuring current F1 drivers has also been unveiled as part of the film's promotions. I've learned so much from both of you, and it's truly been an honour to work alongside you.' Inviting the fans to watch the movie, he added, 'We've poured everything we have into this film. I really hope you'll feel that when you watch it. We gave it our all and we can't wait for you to see it. Go check it out as soon as you can, it's out today in the UK and out in the US on Friday. Hope you love it.' When Brad Pitt, Damson Idris joined F1 drivers at British GP A behind-the-scenes video has been shared by Formula 1 on its official social media handle. It shows the F1 filmmakers briefing the F1 drivers ahead of the 2023 British Grand Prix. They are informed that Brad Pitt, as Sonny Hayes, and Damson Idris, as Joshua Pearce, would stand alongside them during the national anthem at the British GP. The video begins with F1 director Joseph Kosinski telling the F1 drivers how he is trying to make the most authentic racing movie ever made. 'The FIA has allowed us to join you in the formation lap for the first straight,' Kosinski says. Addressing the F1 drivers, Pitt says, 'I promise you, I promise you we are going to do our best to do you guys justice. What Joe can do now with the camera and how we can show speed. We can show G-forces and I am really excited about this one.' 'I will say, I will go flat through Abbey and Copse…so I am trying not to make you look too slow,' adds Idris.
