Blackpink's Rosé Drops New "Messy" Single for "F1" Movie Soundtrack

Yara Sameh Blackpink member Rosé has unveiled her new single, "Messy", for the F1 film soundtrack. "Messy" is an original ballad penned for the upcoming F1 film starring Brad Pitt and Damson Idris among others. The "F1" soundtrack also features Ed Sheeran, Burna Boy, Tate McRae, RAYE, Dom Dolla, Madison Beer, Sexyy Redd and more. The album, simply titled "F1 The Album" is scheduled for release on June 27. The song marks the second track to be released from its star-studded soundtrack, following Don Toliver's and Doja Cat's "Lose My Mind". "Messy" comes with an accompanying music video that sees the K-pop singer in various locations, including a bar where portions of the film was shot including a bar, a theater, and cityscapes. The footage also includes exclusive, never-before-seen footage from the 'F1' movie, starring Brad Pitt and Kerry Condon, interwoven with Rosè's scenes, creating a visual link between the song and the movie. Directed by Joseph Kosinski and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, Pitt, and Lewis Hamilton. Pitt stars as former F1 driver Sonny Hayes, who returns to the sport to partner rookie team mate Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris), at the fictional APXGP team. "F1" is due for release on June 25 in the UK, with releases in the US and Canada on June 27. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Egypt confirms denial of airspace access to US B-52 bombers Lifestyle Pistachio and Raspberry Cheesecake Domes Recipe News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Arts & Culture Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $4.7M LA Home Burglarized Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Videos & Features Bouchra Dahlab Crowned Miss Arab World 2025 .. Doja Cat channels Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball as she goes NAKED for racy new music video

Doja Cat left fans absolutely speechless as she boldly recreated one of the most controversial and provocative music videos in pop history. On Wednesday, the 29-year-old rapper channeled none other than Miley Cyrus in the music video for her new, highly anticipated track, Lose My Mind, as she stripped off her clothing and rode on top of an engine, drenched in just black oil. The Paint The Town Red hitmaker appeared to be reenacting the unforgettable moment that the three-time Grammy winner, 32, infamously straddled a swinging wrecking ball back in 2013. When Cyrus released her polarizing music video for Wrecking Ball, it earned the Vevo record for the most views in the first 24 hours after its release with 19.3 million views. The video, which features the former Disney Channel star licking a sledgehammer at one point, has since amassed over 1.2 billion views. Although she may have sought some inspiration from Cyrus, Doja paved her own path with the rest of the striking video, alongside her collaborator Don Toliver. In the video, Toliver gets behind the wheel as Doja rocks various futuristic looks. The artists joined forces on Lose My Mind, which will be featured in Brad Pitt and Damson Idris' upcoming F1 movie. They wrote the song, alongside producers Ryan Tedder and Hans Zimmer. The F1 The Album drops on June 27, the same day as the Apple Original Film, which stars Pitt and Idris as competing F1 drivers. F1 - which also stars Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, Kim Bodnia, and Javier Bardem - follows retired Formula One racer Sonny Hayes (Pitt) who returns to the track after a horrible crash to mentor rookie prodigy Joshua 'Noah' Pearce (Idris). For their roles Pitt and Idris had to undergo 'months of training' that also involved learning the art of this particular genre of racing under the tutelage of seven-time world champion Sir Lewis Hamilton. The movie was filmed at various Formula One races held around the globe over the past few years. Joining the main stars of the cast are Shea Whigham, Joseph Balderrama, Sarah Niles, Samson Kayo, Callie Cooke, Will Merrick, and Layne Harper. Although she may have sought some inspiration from Cyrus, Doja paved her own path with the rest of the striking video, alongside her collaborator Don Toliver Earlier this month, Doja shared a 16-track list for her forthcoming album Vie that included the songs Turn the Lights On, Slide, One More Time, Make It Up, Lipstain, Kink, Jealous Type and I Like You. It will follow her 2023 album Scarlet, which she previously called 'quite an angry project' during an interview with Jack Harlow for Present Space, last year. 'I think the point of that album was to showcase anger and how it processes through my mind, but also it's about coming to your own defense and love,' she said. Doja continued: 'It's sort of my "Why I oughta!" moment of squaring up with everyone and defending myself, telling myself that I'm here for me, and not just for everybody else's enjoyment.'
