Player of the Season offers himself to Chiefs and Pirates
Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates have been sent the first come-and-get-me note of this winter. It is from the FNB Botswana Premier League Top goal-scorer and Player of the Season, Jean Lwamba.
The Tafic FC star, born in the Democratic Republic of Congo 22 years ago, took the golden boot award after 15 goals in the 2024/25 season.
Speaking via KickOff, Lwamba believes he can repeat the same feats in the colours of Kaizer Chiefs or Orlando Pirates in the Betway Premiership next season.
'Sundowns treated him very well' – Agent
'Whoever is interested will have to just talk to my agent and my club, I play centre-forward, right-winger, and left-winger,' Lwamba told KickOff. 'I can't talk too much about myself though, because I know myself and what I can do. I can make it anywhere in South Africa, even at Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates, I can play.

'But as a football player I prefer to do my talking on the pitch. I can't promise how many goals I can score in the PSL per season, but give me a chance you will see. I'm ready,' Lwamba concluded.
